Each brisket is seasoned with a handmade blend of simple spices to perfectly complement our Wagyu beef and allow the flavor to shine. They are pit smoked for 16 hours over a blend of seasoned beech wood chips.
Such a grest tasting smoked brisket. Typical of Vander Farms Wagyu products. We actually cut it in half so we could enjoy it again in a few weeks.
