Join us on July 19th at 6PM, for an unforgettable evening at Vander Farmers – where food, nature, and storytelling come together in a spectacular open-air museum of taste.

Curated by renowned Dutch artist Jasper and Chef Jodi Brunori will be hosted at our farm, this immersive experience is more than a dinner – it's a sensory journey into connection, creativity, and community....and talk about our dreams.

• Welcome Bite:
  Wagyu appetizers presented as a giant edible sculpture—toasted bread with Wagyu carpaccio, North African hummus, and edible flowers. A stunning start to a magical night

• Dream Dinner Table:
  Sit at a beautifully designed art installation of organic tables, share bread, dips, and your dreams with others.
• Edible Ecosystem (First Course):
  Wagyu carpaccio served “messy-style” with heirloom tomatoes, pickled fruits, local cheese, honey pollen, and edible flowers. A story of thriving through harmony 
• Main Course:
  A soul-nourishing spread of heirloom beans in miso garlic broth, garden vegetables, crispy potatoes, and our signature Wagyu steak – meant to be shared and savored
• Dess-Art Experience:
  Move to another part of the farm to witness dessert become a live foodscape. White chocolate mousse, fresh fruit, and flowers transform the table into a canvas you can eat
• Be part of a once-in-a-lifetime aerial artwork where guests become part of the installation – captured from the sky.
