Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@vanderfarmers.com so we can investigate the issue and address any concerns you may have.
Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist with our investigation. Upon verification, we will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement or refund options.
Refunds:
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If your product is damaged in transit and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.
- If there are quality issues with the product that significantly deviate from our standards.
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days upon approval.
Product Condition:
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition, please note that the arrival of your product frozen is not guaranteed. We utilize a combination of dry ice and frozen gel packs to maintain freshness during transit. If you are purchasing for a future date or require specific delivery conditions, we recommend selecting one of our expedited shipping services, such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.
