A little more chewy than the Vander Farms Filet according to my wife

A little more chewy than the Vander Farms Filet according to my wife.There were actually two different cuts that I grilled. One was one piece while the other was cut in the middle allowing me to grille it open. I moved the thinner cut to the back of the grille while the thicker cut grilled a few minutes longer. We prefer the filet cut and probably won’t order this again.
