I’ve had a lot of steaks in my life, but this was superior to them all! Treat yo’self! You won’t regret it!

Our first time ordering from Vander Farmers. The two 8 oz.filets were perfectly trimmed. As instructed, I let my grille heat up on high before placing the filets on the grille. I cooked them 4 to 4 1/2 minutes per side. They were cooked to a perfect medium rare. Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm; delicious and mouth watering. I just ordered four more on the Labor Day Sale.

What a wonderful steak! Wife and I love them.

These are super! Don't need much more then some salt and pepper and a good searing. Melt in your mouth!
