If you haven't tried Wagyu beef you'e in for a treat!
Wagyu beef is a type of beef derived from specialty breeds of Japanese cattle. This beef is know for its extensive marbling and rich flavor. Vander raises American Wagyu which is Full-Blooded Japanese Wagyu crossbred with Holstein cattle.
This Wagyu Burger is made using Vander Wagyu ground beef. It's so flavorful and juicy with the perfect caramelized crust. You will never want a regular hamburger again!

Wagyu Ground Beef ½lb Patties

Brioche Burger Bun

Lettuce
-
Tomato
-
Onion

Gouda Cheese

Garlic Aioli
Toppings
Directions
Heat cast-iron skillet or grill to medium-high heat
Place each wagyu ground beef ½lb pattie onto skillet and season with salt
Do not flip or move burger until bottom forms a caramelized brown crust - about 1 minute
Flip & cook to desired temperature
Top it off with gouda cheek and let it melt
Remove burger from skillet, serve with toppings & enjoy!

Wagyu fat has a lower melting point so we recommend cooking on a skillet
