Returns

Vander Farmers does not accept returns because our items are perishable. However, if the product is damaged in transit, kindly contact us at info@vanderfarmers.com within 48 hrs of delivery so we can investigate the situation and/or the unsatisfactory process you experienced.

We aim to deliver nothing but the best for our customers and want to know if we did something wrong so we can make it right.

The arrival of your product frozen is not guaranteed by Vander Farmers. We do our best to ensure the product arrives in the best condition possible by using a combination of dry ice and frozen gel packs. If you are purchasing a product to consume at a date more than a few weeks away, we suggest upgrading to one of our expedited shipping services (UPS Next Day Air, or UPS 2nd Day Air).
